Manifolds
Our goal at BDF is to be the most flexible builder of manifolds possible. We know that manifolds come in all shapes and sizes, so we make every effort we can to help you design and build what you need. If you need a simple log manifold and you need 1000 of them fast, or if you need a one-off, complicated system of piping and flanges that needs to be glass beaded to a precise finish and passivated, we will work with you and make sure you get what you need.
From simple modifications on existing manifolds to complete manifolds built from prints, we are equipped to provide you what you need in a variety of surface finishes and pressure tested to your specifications. We can even build new manifolds to replace old ones, if you can supply the old one. This is very convenient when replacing old, worn out steel or cast iron manifolds with new stainless steel when you don't have design documentation. Call us to discuss more!
