Water Treatment Manifolds

BDF, Inc. can supply you with the plumbing, manifolds, and tanks that you need to build your water treament or boiler system from scratch, or we can help you modify or replace an existing system.

We follow ASME Section IX of the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code when fabricating water treatment and boiler systems in order to maintain a clean and safe environment and to help prevent corrosion. Systems are constructed from ASME B16.5 flanges and pipe and fittings that meet ANSI, ASTM , and ASME standards, unless otherwise specified.

Assemblies and comoponents for water treatment can be supplied with a glass beaded finish, or they can be electropolished if required. Passivation per ASTM-967 is the final process for added corrosion resistance.
